Appointment Request

All mentoring sessions can be in person or via Zoom. To schedule an appointment, fill in the form below and let me know a bit about you, your situation and your best days/times for us to connect. I will then reach out to schedule our initial conversation. There is no charge until an appointment is scheduled. At that time, payment is due in full for the “One & Done Session.” For “The Deep Dive” a 50% deposit of is required upon confirmation of your first appointment and the balance is due going into our second session. You can also pay in full for “The Deep Dive.” If a different payment plan is needed, we can discuss that during our discovery call. You will receive an email with an invoice and payment options upon booking. All sessions include the complementary journal** and session notes sent to you via email.
