August Women Gathering Honors Courage
August is all things the lion. It’s Leo season and Leo the Lion is roaring! The Sun is positioned in Leo, a fire sign associated with the heart, courage, creativity, and personal power. This energy encourages stepping into your authentic self, taking bold leaps, and letting your inner light shine. YES! This has inspired me to have courage as our August theme. Whether it’s flowing in a bold way or something we may need to activate, we’ll be talking about it while enjoying light refreshments and, hopefully, the Sun!
Then there’s the “Lion’s Gate” on 8/8. Occurring annually when the Sun in Leo aligns with the Earth and the star Sirius, or the Spiritual Sun, also holds numerology power as the number 8 symbolizes infinity, flow, and spiritual balance. The date August 8th amplifies these energies, creating a harmonious gateway for bringing abundance, wealth, and lasting changes into your life. Think of it as a time of amplification and multiplication!
My gift for August is hosting light refreshments as we enjoy a more relaxed summer social vibe. We’ll informally circle up around our theme as well as that sharing is what truly anchors Women Gathering deeply into the intention that it was born from: to return to our roots and what is shaping our next steps.
